Ya tenemos piso!!!

Ines, the real estate searcher, found a great apartment. It is situated very near Shepherd’s Bush Tube Station (found the place here: www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/pdfdocs/colourmap.pdf). It’s a one bedroom apartment in the ground floor of a Victorian house. We will post pictures pretty soon… It has a dinning room, kitchen, bathroom and a small but cute terrace. There is a small but cosy back garden. Our next door neighbour (the other apartment in the ground floor) has a dog, so Byron better stays at home and doesn’t tries to explore the neighbourhood. We are so happy, even having had the first experience of “foreigners are not trustworthy people”, because we had to pay six months rent in advance plus a deposit, plus administration fee and signing a contract that makes us guilty for any damage suffered by the apartment with the only exception of those caused by a galactic nuclear war… Only kidding…, those Britts aren’t any worse than the Spaniards with the tenants or potential tenants, and at least the guys will clean up the flat and the house has been refurbish recently.

Se me ha hecho un poco tarde para escribir lo de arriba en español… Además, dijimos que esto era un blog de diversidad cultural y de respeto a las lenguas minoritarias… Ya he dicho a aquellos que esperaban leer el texto en galés que no tengo ni idea de cómo escribirlo en esa lengua histórica y folklórica…, lo cual no significa que, si alguien se anima… Así que podemos considerar la entrada de hoy como inglesa…
